We offer a 24-hour replacement-only policy for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • Requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging

  • Clear images of the product and packaging must be shared

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened incense, candles, oils, camphor blends, and diffusers are not eligible for return or replacement, unless received damaged or defective.
